Yes. You can pause or cancel by contacting our front desk or through your online account. Pauses may be limited in duration; cancellations require a short notice period to process. Any prorated refunds depend on billing timing and membership terms.
We offer senior (65+), military, and first responder pricing, plus multi-person savings for our Two-Person plan. Promotional discounts may apply seasonally. Verify eligibility with ID and ask staff for current offers before enrollment to ensure correct pricing.
To add someone to a Two-Person membership, visit the front desk or your online portal. We'll collect their personal information and payment authorization; additional person fees are billed automatically. Pricing reflects $59.58 per person on the Two-Person plan.
Charges for the Two-Person plan are processed monthly on your billing date. Each person is billed $59.58 separately, totaling $119.17. Both charges appear on the primary account holder's statement unless separate payment methods are provided for each member.
